Relationship Therapy
Relationship therapy offers a supportive, affirming space to strengthen communication, work through challenges, deepen connection, and better understand the patterns shaping your relationships. I work with couples and partners across a wide range of identities, experiences, and relationship structures.
My approach is inclusive of LGBTQ+ relationships, consensual non-monogamy, polyamory, and other non-traditional relationship structures. Whether you’re navigating conflict, communication difficulties, changes in your relationship, intimacy, trust, boundaries, or questions about what comes next, therapy can provide space to explore those experiences together without judgment or assumptions about what a relationship should look like.
Sessions are available in person or via telehealth. In-person appointments are offered at my office at 1981 Broad Street in Cranston, located in the Edgewood neighborhood between downtown Providence and Pawtuxet Village.

This is a service I provide to individuals receiving funding from BHDDH for self-direction of their support services. I have developed, written, and trained direct care staff on behavior support plans for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities receiving services in a variety of settings. The funding for this service comes directly from a person’s self directed budget and each assessment is highly individualized. The focus of the behavior support plan is to provide an individual and their team guidance and strategies understanding and managing behaviors that may interfere with safety, independence, relationships, or quality of life.
The process begins with gathering information from the individual and the people who know them best, reviewing relevant records, and identifying the factors that may be contributing to the behavior. When appropriate, this may also include observation in the settings where concerns occur. From there, I develop an individualized Behavior Support Plan focused on understanding the purpose of the behavior, identifying proactive supports, teaching alternative skills, and providing clear strategies for the individual’s support team.
Plans are developed collaboratively with an emphasis on person-centered, practical approaches that respect the individual’s preferences, autonomy, and goals. I can also provide consultation to families, direct care staff, Independent Facilitators, Conflict-Free Case Managers, and other members of the individual’s support team throughout the planning process. Referrals can be made for this service by the individual receiving services or in conjunction with their team including case managers and independent facilitators.

I provide clinical supervision for graduate-level interns and pre-licensed therapists who are developing their skills, confidence, and professional identity as clinicians. I bring years of experience supervising clinicians at different stages of training and understand that good supervision involves more than reviewing cases or meeting licensure requirements.
My approach is collaborative and focused on helping you strengthen your clinical judgment, develop your own therapeutic style and voice, and become more intentional in how you understand and respond to the people you serve. Together, we can look beyond presenting symptoms and immediate concerns to consider the experiences, relationships, environments, and underlying factors that may be contributing to a client’s challenges.
Supervision is also a space to ask questions, work through uncertainty, reflect on difficult cases, and grow into the kind of clinician you want to become. My goal is to provide a supportive, thoughtful environment where you can continue building both your clinical skills and confidence in your work.
If you are curious about this service I encourage you to reach out and we can discuss your needs, where you are at in your career, and if working together would be a good fit.

Clinical consultation and training is available for clinicians, agencies, organizations, and teams seeking support with clinical practice, staff development, program improvement, or complex service needs. Consultation may include guidance around clinical systems, behavior support, documentation, staff training, affirming and inclusive practice, ethical decision-making, and other areas where an outside clinical perspective may be helpful.
Training and consultation can be tailored to the needs of your organization and may be provided as a one-time consultation, focused training, or ongoing support. I’m happy to learn more about what your organization is looking for, discuss the challenges or goals you are working toward, and determine whether my experience and areas of expertise are a good fit for your needs.
Have something specific in mind? I’m happy to discuss your organization’s needs and whether I may be able to help.
