Individual sessions are 60 minutes provided in person or via telehealth. Frequency of sessions is determined collaboratively based on your needs.
Relationship Therapy
$175 per session
Inclusive relationship therapy sessions are 60 minutes provided in person or via telehealth. Frequency of sessions is determined collaboratively based on the needs of each relationship.
Rates & Insurance
Insurance
Sparrow Light Counseling is an out-of-network practice, which means payment is made directly at the time of your session. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network mental health benefits and may reimburse you for a portion of the cost.
