$175 per session
Inclusive relationship therapy sessions are 60 minutes provided in person or via telehealth. Frequency of sessions is determined collaboratively based on the needs of each relationship.

Sparrow Light Counseling is in the process of joining the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island network. I look forward to offering this option and this page will be updated once I can accept eligible plans.
Your plan’s out-of-network mental health benefits may reimburse you for a portion of your care. I can provide a superbill and guidance on submitting it. Payment is made at the time of your session, with approved reimbursement paid to you by your insurer. Follow the link below to learn more.
